This will include exposure to both upstream and downstream applications in our source to pay process. The role will work with our Sourcing & Procurement and Work Dynamics Operations teams within the business, to ensure technology applications are selected and deployed in a consistent and rigorous fashion throughout the Enterprise. The role requires experience of sourcing technology and a track record of driving change through interactions with senior leaders in a global matrixed environment is vital.\nThis role will report to the Director, Sourcing Technology.\nWhat this job involves\nKey responsibilities include:\nSupport business requirements for technology applications\nWork closely with Director, Sourcing Technology on building and supporting the end-to-end sourcing technology strategy and vision \nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align sourcing activities with business objectives. \nCommunicate and share latest developments in sourcing technology and data with business stakeholders \nCoordinate with team members and subject matter experts within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and JLLT to solution sourcing technology applications and data requirements \nDocument and resolve open issues or next steps as rolling action items requiring quick decisions in a fast-paced environment \nDeploy and manage end-to-end suite of technology applications\nConduct technology training and engage with end users on deployment and operational efforts \nSupport project teams, where applicable, on technology adoption and training for new applications \nFirst point of call for sourcing technology and data insights and guidance provided to Work Dynamics teams \nSearch for efficiencies and improvements in end user process flow \nFacilitate spend report requests outside of end user scope of work \nGain strong understanding of the sourcing technology ecosystem and integrations \nRecord and track key client attribute updates to maintain data quality \nEvery day is different, and in all these activities, we’d encourage you to show your ingenuity.\nSound like you? To apply you need to be / have:\nExperience\n3+ years of relevant professional experience; Preferred a sourcing technology company \nBachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university is preferred \nTrack record of developing and implementing sourcing technology in a complex global organization \nCandidates will have had exposure in a similar sized company \nProven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of colleagues, and work collaboratively \nUnderstanding of or exposure to global real estate categories in facilities management and capital works projects preferred but not essential \nStrong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen \nExperience with any e-sourcing technology platforms (Jaggaer, Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is a plus. \nMS Excel (Intermediate to advance), \nSkills\nExcellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications \nCommunication Skills: An outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
