Ensures real-time data accuracy through automated validation processes, monitors system performance using alert systems and dashboards, and implements proactive issue detection protocols. Administers security access with role-based controls, manages user permissions across multiple platforms, and coordinates cybersecurity compliance. Develops interactive dashboards for stakeholder visibility, provides technical support across all systems, and identifies opportunities for automation and process improvement.
