OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

· Realizar cambios de luminarias y reparaciones en acabados, instalaciones eléctricas básicas y sistemas hidrosanitarios, y apoyar al equipo operativo en labores de mantenimiento y reparación del sitio.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Revisar los sistemas de iluminación y sustituir las lámparas que sean necesarias; concluir actividades especiales que incluyen: pintura, trabajos de cerrajería, atender solicitudes de servicio de los usuarios, trabajos básicos de carpintería, reparaciones y sustitución de alfombra, mantenimiento de azoteas, reparación de pisos y muros, mantenimiento general.
• Realizar mantenimientos periódicos y proporcionar atención a fallas de sistemas hidrosanitarios, como reparación y mantenimiento de accesorios, destapar lavabos, inodoros y drenajes; con experiencia en reparación e instalación de tubería de PVC y cobre hasta de 1.

REQUISITOS

• Educación Secundaria o Superior

1 año de experiencia en Mantenimiento General

COMPETENCIAS (USO EXCLUSIVO DE TA)

• Trabajo en equipo
• Sentido de Urgencia

Servicio al cliente

· Sueldo mensual Bruto: 18.000 MXN

· Horario y días de jornada laboral: Inicialmente de

6am a 2pm, 8am a 4pm

y posteriormente de:

2pm a 10pm, 10pm a

6am (se rolan turnos), Inicialmente de lunes a sábado descanso los Domingos y posteriormente de lunes a Domingo con 1 día de descanso entre semana.

· Horario de comida: de 10:00 a 10:30, de 12:00 a 12:30, de 18:00 a 18:30, de 2:00 a 2:30
