The position will have a thorough understanding of Service Agreements as they relate to all aspects of the business and coordinate contract amendments, quality assurance measures and process flows.\nDevelop and maintain client, supplier and internal relationships through due diligence, concise communication, reliable reporting and consistent performance\nExecute and document Quality Audits, validating provider compliance with Service Agreement and other applicable regulations; effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders and provide follow up as needed\nDemonstrate a thorough understanding of assigned Vendor Service Agreements and present change recommendations to management in accordance with change requests, initiatives and improvement opportunities\nConsistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by identifying cost-savings opportunities, innovative solutions and supporting initiatives\nDrive alignment and communication between service providers, Facilities Operations, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, EHSS, and other stakeholders\nDocument changes to processes and work-flows in Process Manual and distribute to key stakeholders as needed\nLead Vendor Qualification process, ensuring providers have the proper qualifications to execute work in compliance with regulatory standards, good documentation practices, standard operating procedures and all other policies\nLead by example to promote a strong safety culture in support of EHS requirements by proactively identifying and solutioning unsafe conditions and behaviors\nAddress issues and concerns independently, developing effective solutions while driving a timely resolution within budget\nAddress issues and concerns independently, developing effective solutions and driving resolution\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nDevelop and close Work Orders\nSound like you? Able to balance competing priorities to deliver superior service and quickly resolve problems\nProficient computer skills, including a working knowledge of Outlook and Excel\nIf you know how to use Maximo CMMS system is a plus but can train.\nEffectively work in fast-paced, demanding environment and master new skillsets quickly\nIdeal candidate will possess a basic/moderate knowledge of building systems\nAbility to manage multiple operational matters daily\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision\nMust be able to adequately perform required job functions.
