In Switzerland, JLL is represented by its own country organization with two offices in Zurich and Geneva. With an experienced team of around 70 experts, we offer specialized consulting services for real estate companies, owners, investors, and users. These include the management of complex and large-volume real estate transactions (asset and share deals), valuations of investment properties and real estate companies, strategic consulting services for property owners, as well as leasing and tenant representation in connection with commercial rental spaces.
For the Landlord Representation division, specifically for the leasing of commercially used properties, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Vice President (m/f/d) Leasing Advisory to join our team full-time (100%) at our Geneva location.
Your tasks:
- Managing the leasing process for new and renewal leases of commercial properties (office, industrial, logistics, and laboratory)
- Supporting prospective tenants from initial contact through property viewings to the signing of the lease agreement
- Developing innovative marketing strategies and concepts
- Overseeing marketing activities and managing third-party service providers
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals for acquiring new client mandates
Your profile:
- Completed degree with a focus on real estate or marketing and/or training as a real estate marketer, property manager, or comparable commercial training
- Professional experience (minimum 5 years) in the commercial real estate sector
- Good local and market knowledge
- Strong acquisition and closing skills as well as interest in independently building customer relationships
- Structured and organized working style
- Good English and German skills, both written and spoken, French language skills an advantage
- Open and communicative personality
