Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\nTHE ROLE\nWorkplace Ambassador-Kenya\nSummary\nReception & Hospitality\nRole combining Workplace Ambassador activities with emphasis on Senior stakeholder support\nKey Responsibilities Reception & Hospitality Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, staff and Country Managing Director\nCreate a warm, professional environment consistent with Diageo's brand and culture\nManage meeting room bookings, visitor coordination and daily office readiness\nHandle external calls on behalf of Diageo East Africa\nOffice Experience & Events\nPlan and coordinate team events, leadership visits and meetings\nSupport onboarding logistics for new staff joining the Nairobi office\nFacilitate brand immersion sessions and employee engagement activities\nContribute to a positive, energised office culture\nFacilities Coordination\nOversee day-to-day workplace operations within the co-working environment\nCoordinate with the co-working provider on service issues and maintenance requests\nManage office stationery supplies\nManage incoming/outgoing mail, DHL and courier coordination\nMaintain accurate records of workplace activities and report to JLL Account Manager\nSupport basic health & safety compliance and emergency procedures\n\nStakeholder Management\nBuild trusted relationships with senior Diageo Africa leadership on a daily basis\nAnticipate needs proactively - attention to detail and discretion are essential\nAct as the go-to point of contact for any workplace-related queries\nLiaise with JLL account management and Diageo CRES contacts for seamless service delivery\nAdministrative Support\nProvide general administrative support to the leadership team as required\nManage calendars, travel coordination and meeting logistics where needed\nPrepare basic reports and workplace updates for JLL account management\nSupport HR administrative tasks under guidance where required\nLocation:\nOn-site -Nairobi, KENIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
