- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and workplace support
- Coordinate and execute workplace events, meetings, and activities that foster community engagement and collaboration
- Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, processing deliveries, and maintaining security protocols
- Oversee daily workplace operations such as conference room bookings, catering coordination, and equipment management
- Support onboarding processes for new employees by providing workplace orientations and resource guidance
- Maintain workplace amenities and common areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with space planning logistics including moves, furniture arrangements, and workspace reconfigurations
- Monitor and report on workplace utilization patterns and employee feedback to support continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of workplace services
