Whilst supporting and directing the client facing team on site, they will act as a key support to the Workplace Lead.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nWorking closely and taking direction from the Workplace Lead take ownership and be responsible for delivering operational facilities related client KPIs as identified in the MSA (Master Service Agreement) and/or any other client agreed initiatives.\nTo assist in the delivery of ‘Leesman’ (customer experience) operational initiatives across the site in close liaison with our service partners.\nTo regularly liaise with occupiers and be the key support for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building.\nFull compliance to Environmental Health and Safety regulations is continuously achieved\nServices are managed and delivered consistently across the portfolio of sites\nEstablish relationships with client Site Leads, Area and Regional FM managers, business partners such as EHS leads, IT to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of IFM services\nSupport the resolution of Soft services FM and Workplace issues at sites under review, escalating when needed\nManage the performance and outcomes of assigned support staff reporting to the position\nDevelop the team’s existing skills and add new competencies to enhance service and drive opportunities for more self-performance\nDrive performance as measured by client’s Key Performance Indicators\nManage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations\nEnsure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction.\nGap Analyses full sites PPM schedule against site assets or existing schedules.\nOversight and support for Operations - providing real support to all Soft Services operations managed by JLL\nDevelop and support a sustainability and sourcing focus, delivering quality, frugal and sustainable solutions for Client.\nActively support the EMEA Procurement Lead on Procurement projects, savings paperwork, contract compliance and sustainability initiatives.\nCompliance with local Health and Safety regulations\nAll other tasks/ duties as required.\nSound like you?
