Join our team and help us make A Better Pop, for a Better World.\nWhat You Will Do:\nThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all plant systems and equipment. Including but not limited to conveyor belts, gearboxes, electrical motors, pulleys, shafts, bearings, packaging equipment and freezers. This position must respond to all system failures by taking appropriate corrective action by completing or assigning the repairs needed to ensure that systems are operational and are functioning safely and efficiently.\nThis position generally reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.\nResponsibilities:\nPerforms preventive maintenance inspection (PM); diagnose, repair, and rebuild major equipment/components including but not limited to conveyors, pumps, mixers, gearboxes, electrical motors, pulleys, shafts, bearings, packaging equipment, freezers, compressors and building equipment.\nEstablishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and advises Maintenance Supervisor if additional work is needed or cannot be completed within the Standard Repair Times (SRTs).\nAbility to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.\nPerforms service calls for emergency breakdowns.\nAbility to perform under limited supervision.\nRequires a flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends to support operating schedule and the needs of the facility.\nMaintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.\nInstalls, adjusts and repairs packaging equipment to obtain the best performance according to our specifications.\nOverhauls and maintains equipment during both production and non-production periods.\nTroubleshoots and analyses problems with machines and systems.\nFood Safety Responsibilities\nFollowing GMPs when performing repairs and maintenance activities in production and storage areas, including the proper use of GMP apparel\nFollow guidelines when performing maintenance on food contact surfaces, including using food grade lubricants\nFollow guidelines to tag equipment after performing maintenance, to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation\nRequirements:\nThe ideal candidate for this role will have 2 years of experience working with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic repairs on industrial food manufacturing equipment.\nStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills\nDetail orientated.\nAbility to lift 50 lbs.\nProficient in welding and fabrication is a plus\nHave knowledge of single and three phase electrical systems.\nHave knowledge of electrical control systems.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nLegally eligible to work in the United States.\nAbility to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.\nOther Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required\nSafely operates tools and equipment needed during the repair and servicing of equipment.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: From
