As a key support to the store team, you will play an important role in keeping the store running accurately, efficiently, and seamlessly behind the scenes. Your ability to stay on top of the detail, manage multiple priorities, and ensure every process is completed with excellence will be essential to delivering the brilliant experience our customers expect.\nThe Admin Support role requires someone with strong administrative ability, excellent attention to detail, and a natural sense of ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident working across systems and processes, and take pride in keeping everything accurate, organised, and under control.\nThe ideal candidate for this essential role will be required to:\nEnsure that every customer’s need is attended to brilliantly, with passion and exceptional attention to detail.\nEnsure that all administrative processes are coordinated effectively within the store.\nOversee all system processes and ensure all transactions are up to date, accurately processed, and all documents are correctly filed.\nReconcile and prepare floats, petty cash, and daily banking of cash.\nCoordinate and execute payroll activities accurately and timeously.\nCheck PODs for all account invoices and control manual invoices.\nProcess stock adjustments accurately and efficiently.\nCheck all credit applications and assist the Support Office with all debtor queries.\nReconcile all sample and promotional accounts.\nGain a complete understanding of our entire product offering.\nAssist with ensuring all our products are always well stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.\nAssist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders.\nFollow up efficiently and effectively with customers on everything related to their outstanding orders and quotations.\nProcess customer payments at Point of Sale and take
