Your role as a trainer is essential in getting our reliable, well-made workwear to our customers as efficiently as possible.\nBeyond having the deep understanding of garment construction needed to teach technical skills, you will also track progress, provide clear and accurate reports and solve any challenges that affect our team’s performance.\nAs our new Sewing Instructor, your key responsibilities will include:\nTeaching garment production processes through clear demonstrations and hands-on guidance.\nCommunicating effectively to explain processes in an easy-to-understand, motivating way.\nEnsuring trainees fully understand every step of each sewing process from start to finish, stepping in to provide one-on-one support when needed.\nPlanning ahead to prepare for the next day’s training, and adapting training methods as needed.\nMonitoring each operator’s progress and providing clear, accurate reports to ensure continuous improvement.\nSigning off operators once they’ve mastered the required skills.\nThe ideal candidate will be:\nConfident in guiding and collaborating with a wide range of individuals.\nAble to communicate and share knowledge in an inspiring
