We are seeking a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and an ability to collaborate across business functions in a fast-growing global organization, whilst learning new Enterprise application capabilities on the job.\n\nRole and Responsibilities :\n\nEnterprise Systems Ownership & Operations\n\nOwn day-to-day operations and of JOOLA's enterprise systems including NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Celigo integration platform, and EDI connectivity.\nMonitor, support, and troubleshoot system and integration workflows to ensure high availability, accuracy, and SLA adherence.\nManage system configuration, user roles, permissions, and data quality across platforms.\nPlan capacity and performance for peak business periods to ensure scalability.\nImplement system and process automation to reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency.\nDesign and implement observability and monitoring capabilities - collecting logs, metrics and traces to proactively detect and resolve system issues.\n\nIntegration & Architecture Management\nComprehend business requirements and devise scalable integration solutions across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and analytics systems.\nLead Integration projects across iPaaS platforms (e.g., Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi), native platform APIs, webhooks and event‑driven patterns. Guide Development Teams for delivery and execution.\nLearn deep knowledge of EDI business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) on the job - to automate order entry, fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processes across trading partners.\nApply understanding of NetSuite's core ERP modules - including financial management, inventory management, order management, supply chain management, materials requirements planning (MRP), and procurement to build robust integrations.\nIntegrate Oracle ERP modules - such as Financial Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management by designing data flows and automations that track accounts payable/receivable, streamline purchasing and manage inventory\nWrite and maintain integration scripts and functions using authentication, pagination, rate-limit handling, and protocol conversions.\nDesign reliable workflows with proper retry logic, idempotency, error handling, and monitoring.\nEvaluate and recommend new tools and technologies; conduct proofs-of-concept and make buy vs. build recommendations.\nWork with multiple iPaaS platforms (Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) and API management tools to orchestrate complex integrations.\nApplication & Data Enhancement\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and architects to evolve platform capabilities and data models.\nGuide system configurations, customizations, and data transformations to support new business initiatives.\nDevelop customizations and extensions on NetSuite and Salesforce platforms using SuiteScript 2.0 and Apex to meet complex business needs.\nImplement Celigo Flow Builder solutions with custom scripting and connectors to integrate eCommerce, finance, CRM, and supply chain systems.\nEnsure code quality through peer code reviews, adherence to design patterns, and robust unit testing.\nDevelop data transformation pipelines using SQL, XSLT, or other tools to map and transform EDI and API payloads.\nOversee integration security, including secrets management, certificate renewals, and key rotation.\nSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration code and configurations.\nTeam Leadership & Collaboration\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to system administrators, integration engineers, and analysts.\nCoordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to map O2C and P2P processes and translate them into technical integration designs.\nCommunicate clearly with technical and non-technical planning.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n12+ years of experience in enterprise systems management and integration, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership and people management role.\nHands‑on expertise with NetSuite ERP (mandatory) and experience with iPaaS platforms such as Celigo/MuleSoft/Boomi, SAP/Salesforce and EDI skills are preferred but can be learned on the job.\nStrong understanding of NetSuite core modules including financial management, inventory management, order management, supply chain management, materials requirements planning (MRP) and procurement and familiarity with Oracle ERP modules (Financial Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management)\nStrong understanding of NetSuite core modules - including financial management, inventory
