The Senior Associate will operate as a senior individual contributor - owning major platform components while partnering closely with leadership and business teams. This is a hands-on technical role with meaningful scope and influence.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for enabling trusted analytics across the firm, integrating proprietary data into AI systems, automating operational workflows and creating custom apps and tooling.\nYour Role\n Data Platform EngineeringDesign, build, and maintain production-grade SQL data pipelines (e.g., dbt + Snowflake + Python)\nDevelop and manage orchestration workflows (Airflow or equivalent)\nCreate data ingestion processes and API integrations\n\nAI Application DevelopmentBuild and develop the use of AI in the form of: LLM apps, RAG architectures, Custom GPTs & Agent systems\nIntegrate proprietary firm data securely into AI workflows\nEstablish observability standards\nTranslate AI experimentation into production-grade tools\n\n Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)Support AWS-based infrastructure including VPCs, ECS, EKS, S3, etc.\nContainerize services using Docker and manage workloads in Kubernetes\nEstablish logging, monitoring standards\n\nPython Development & AutomationDevelop Python-based tools for API integrations, data transformations, ad-hoc in-house applications & tooling\nBuild reusable modules and maintain code standards\nCreate automation solutions that reduce manual operational effort\n\nProjects & Communication Partner cross-functionally with Investment, Client Advisory, Operations, and Finance teams\nBe self-directed in project management and delivery\nTranslate business requirements into technical architecture\nDeliver executive-ready summaries of platform and AI initiatives\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelors degree with 5-8 years of experience in: data engineering, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure\nRequisite experience in AI Application development including LLM APIs and RAG Pipelines\nAWS experience including Docker and Kubernetes\nAdvanced Python proficiency\nAdvanced SQL and data modeling\nExperience implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices\nStrong written and executive communication skills\nExperience in wealth management, asset management, or fintech\nA positive, helpful and can-do attitude\nPreferred:\nSalesforce data integration experience\nExperience designing secure AI architectures\nExperience mentoring junior engineers\nCompensation & Benefits\nCompensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.
