This role owns security posture, SaaS governance, disaster recovery and cloud operations, with an emphasis on prevention, standardization, and long term stability.Responsibilities:\nCloud Platforms & SaaS\nDesign, implement and administer security controls in Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS platforms (EDR, device compliance, policies)\nEnsure secure configuration, availability, and scalability of cloud services\nSupport cloud related incidents and outages\nIdentity & Access Management\nSupport hybrid identity environments and cloud integrations\nPerform and own periodic access reviews\nEnforce identity standards and privileged access controls (LAPS, gMSAs)\nAct as escalation point for identity related incidents\nSecurity Operations\nOwn and administer security tooling (EDR, SIEM, MDR, etc.)\nMonitor and lead response for security related incidents\nCoordinate containment, recovery, and technical remediation\nLead general security reviews (firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, ZT, least-privilege initiatives)\nProjects & Architecture\nServe as technical owner for data protection, backup, security, and disaster recovery strategies\nDefine and implement architecture aligned with approved standards\nVendor & Licensing Management\nHandle technical vendor coordination\nTrack corporate license utilization and renewal timing risks\nEnsure licensing aligns with security and compliance requirements\nGovernance, Risk & Improvement\nHelp define, enforce and operationalize security standards and best practices\nContribute to security roadmaps and risk reduction initiatives\nLead technical responses to audits and compliance reviews\nDocumentation and process improvement\nProduce and maintain architectural, security, and operational documentation\nContribute to SOPs and standards evolution\nRequired Qualifications: \nExperience & Background\n5–8+ years of progressive experience in cloud, identity, and security-focused infrastructure roles\nProven experience operating as a senior individual contributor or technical owner in a hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environment\nDemonstrated responsibility for risk-bearing systems and production environments\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID (Azure AD)\nDeep understanding of identity and access management concepts (RBAC, conditional access, privileged access, access reviews)\nExperience administering and responding to security tooling such as EDR, SIEM, MDR, and vulnerability management platforms\nPractical knowledge of security fundamentals including:\nLeast privilege and zero trust principles\nNetwork security (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation)\nBackup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies\nFamiliarity with hybrid identity components such as AD, LAPS, gMSAs, and directory integrations\nOperational & Soft Skills\nStrong incident response mindset with the ability to lead during security or cloud-impacting events\nComfortable operating autonomously within defined standards and governance\nAble to translate technical risk into clear, actionable recommendations\nStrong documentation discipline and ability to maintain architectural and operational records\nExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nAbility to multitask and function in a fast-paced, high-energy environment\nBackground in Cybersecurity is an asset\nBilingual in French and English (spoken and written). -
