obtain master data and creating new business partner files in the system; and creation of purchasing orders;\nRequest, evaluate and compare quotations and align them with the technical drawings;\nProcess orders (automatic purchase requisition or manual handling) in consideration of optimum days inventory held;\nEnsure and trace on-time deliveries;\nCreate reports about material stock, procurement data, material requisitions and further key performance indicators (KPIs);\nShare inspection reports with the supplier and follow up corrections of defective deliveries;\nOrganize transports, pickups and clearances;\nNegotiate prices and payment terms with the supplier;\nSupport optimization of material management processes and strategies/policies;\nSupport implementation and maintenance of supplier development;\nPerform yearly supplier evaluation.\nRequirements\n1 to 3 years of experience \nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred;
