Jotun South East Asia & Pacific (SEAP) Regional Office is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to deliver great value and protection to the business and work with modern technology and sophisticated solutions from multiple market leaders. As part of Jotun's IT department and Cybersecurity department, this role will work with skilled colleagues that focus on protecting Jotun business processes, information, and assets.This position will be reporting to the Group IT Cybersecurity Manager and will be based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor.\nJob Responsibilities:\nHandle, investigate and resolve cybersecurity incidents and service requests across Jotun’s global IT environment, with support from our managed 24/7 Security Operations Centre for deep technical analysis and advanced threat investigation.\nSupport vulnerability management activities, including vulnerability scanning, follow-up of remediation actions and coordination with IT teams and solution owners.\nContribute to penetration testing activities, security assessments and technical reviews of systems, applications and infrastructure.\nMaintain and improve cybersecurity standards, procedures, baselines and technical documentation to support consistent global security practices.\nSupport the operation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity tools and services used to protect Jotun’s business processes, information and assets.\nUse scripting, automation and modern technologies, including AI and AI agents where relevant, to improve efficiency and strengthen cyber defence capabilities.\nCollaborate with colleagues across regions and time zones to ensure reliable cybersecurity support and knowledge sharing within the global IT organization.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology or another relevant field. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.\nGood understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT infrastructure and common security technologies.\nExperience with one or more areas such as identity and access management, IT support, vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security, certificates, cloud security or security monitoring.\nPrevious cybersecurity experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
