The role will focus on HSEQ, inventory control, developing people, improving the way we work and supporting strong cooperation across Logistics, Production and other areas of the business.Responsibilities:\nLead, develop and support the Operations team in line with Jotun’s Leadership Expectations.\nEnsure employees are competent, engaged and enabled to meet current and future business needs.\nEnsure operational activities comply with local requirements, Jotun standards and relevant ISO standards.\nTake responsibility for HSEQ performance within the area of responsibility.\nDrive continuous improvement through the Jotun Operations System and agreed KPIs.\nCoordinate operational activities, priorities and improvement projects.\nPromote effective cooperation between Logistics and other functions.\nEnsure effective maintenance control systems and support the development of operational capacity across our warehouse network.\nManage operational budgets, capital investments and improvement initiatives.\nEnsure efficient logistics, stock management and quality control of materials and finished goods across all warehouses.\nWork across functions to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER\nWhat We Look For\nFormal requirements\nRelevant qualifications in related fields.\nProven leadership experience within supply chain, logistics, production, operations or a related function.\nDemonstrate a willingness to lead, coach and develop teams/projects.\nStrong knowledge of logistics, inventory management and operational planning.\nMotivation to drive continuous improvement and monitoring performance through KPIs.\nGood understanding of HSEQ requirements, operational compliance and relevant ISO standards.\nExperience with operational budgets and capital investment planning. Control of inventory levels with cooperation of financial KPI’s\nStrong written and spoken English skills.\nPersonal requirements\nMust have full Australian working rights.
