If you are ready to make a real impact and shape the future of supply chain excellence, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:\nLead the Operations teams in line with Leadership Expectations and tools to develop, coach, and guide its members to ensure a workforce that is competent, engaged, and enabled to meet Jotun’s current and future needs.\n\nLead the Operations functions by implementing and monitoring procedures and guidelines to ensure that Operations activities comply with local laws and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001, Jotun Operations System, and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system.\n\nResponsible for HSEQ within the area of responsibility\n\nInitiate, drive, and follow-up continuous improvement activities by implementing the Jotun Operations System and follow up through agreed KPIs.\n\nArrange and participate in management meetings to coordinate activities and improvement projects.\n\nEnsure close and efficient daily cooperation between all Operational functions.\n\nDevelop the Operations areas by initiating capital investments and budgets in accordance with Jotun standards to meet requirements for HSE and capacity while maximizing Jotun’s competitive advantage.\n\nInitiate and drive cross-functional planning and cooperation to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.\n\nEnsure efficient Logistics setup to meet customers' current and future needs, efficient stock management, and quality control of RM, packaging, and FG.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER\nWhat we look for:\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields\n5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management within distribution/wholesale operations, non-manufacturing environment\nLogistics & Transportation expertise: proven experience managing freight, route optimization, and last-mile delivery of commercial products.\nERP proficiency required\nWarehouse & Inventory Management: experience in demand planning, inventory optimization, and cycle count procedures for fast-moving goods\nExperience leading Sales & Operations Planning to align commercial demand with supply availability.\nCost control: demonstrated ability to manage and optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory carrying costs.\nForeign trade (import/export processes)\nSourcing strategies\nPurchase order cycle\nBilingual Spanish/English: written and verbal communication skills required for regional coordination.\nLeadership: experience managing warehouse, transportation, and planning teams.
