About the Role
As a Night Manager you will be responsible for the overnight operations which includes late night check ins or early morning check outs, respond to guest calls and enquiries, ensuring guest safety and maintain property cleanliness. You will also be required to conduct reporting and security checks. This opportunity will be across our two properties, Monarto Safari Resort and Safari Lodge.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will be able to work independently and be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You will also have:
- Previous experience as a night auditor or guest services in a hotel setting
- the ability to go above and beyond for our guests
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with our guests and team members
- Flexibility and an honest approach to work
