Working closely with the leadership team to implement initiatives that drive efficiencies and engagement and maintain our position as an award-winning industry leader. The role of the operations Coordinator will be a trusted partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, sharing insights and ensuring the daily administrative requirements remain at the highest standard.\nKey Responsibilities will include:\nSupport daily operations by assisting the Operations Manager and coordinating activities across marine, tourism and shore-based teams to maintain operational continuity\nCoordinate workforce administration, including recruitment, onboarding, rosters, timesheets, leave requests, and collaboration with People & Culture and HSE teams\nManage compliance, training and personnel records by maintaining qualifications, certifications, training databases, permit and licensing schedules, and related reporting requirements\nMaintain operational documentation and accountability systems, including action registers, vessel records, reports, and company and regulatory documentation\nCoordinate operational resources and continuous improvement, including purchasing, inventory, uniforms, equipment, consumables, stakeholder communication, WHS compliance, and support for team objectives\nAbout You\nYou are a highly organised and proactive administration professional with experience supporting operations in a fast-paced marine, tourism, or similar environment. You bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities across operational teams.
