This role is based in our modern head office in Adelaide.\nKey responsibilities include:\nProvide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development Team.\nPrepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and documentation.\nManage the trade inbox and coordinate timely responses to enquiries.\nCoordinate trade and consumer event administration and logistics.\nRepresent Journey Beyond at events, familiarisations, and industry functions.\nLiaise with internal teams to support sales initiatives.\nDevelop and distribute campaign advice, trade resources, and promotional updates.\nPrepare and maintain accurate nett and gross rate sheets.\nMaintain accurate records of campaigns, communications, and sales support materials.\nSupport team reporting and provide fortnightly workload updates to the General Manager, National Sales.\nAbout You\nThe ideal candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about sales with a demonstrated growth mindset and proven ability to prioritize competing tasks with ease.\nYour high-energy and exceptional interpersonal skills will be vital to your success, demonstrated through your innate talent for cultivating strong working relationships with trade partners\nYou will also have:\nBe highly self-motivated, with great energy and a natural ability to build relationships\nHave experience using CRM and content management systems \n Knowledge of trade distribution channels and travel industry sales practices.\nBe able to work within a high performing team as well as being able to work autonomously \nHave high attention to detail and excellent standard of delivery\nPossess excellent problem solving\nDemonstrate excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nWe are looking for someone who has chosen a career in travel and possess relevant experience in the industry. A tertiary qualification in tourism or related field will be highly regarded.\nAdditionally, this is the tourism industry so your willingness to travel across the breathtaking landscapes of Australia will be invaluable.
