That means:\nUnderstanding what hotels actually need\n\nBuilding features that solve real problems\n\nTesting your own work (we know how quality improves speed)\n\nDeploying to production (you'll push your code live everyday)\n\nMonitoring how it performs (we love graphs and metrics)\n\nYou'll work with modern tech, use LLMs and agentic coding tools responsibly, and learn software engineering craft from people who care about it.\nYou'll collaborate with product, design, data, and commercial teams. You'll ask questions, challenge assumptions, and own outcomes - not just tasks.\nWhat you'll bring\nSome experience coding (internships, personal projects, bootcamp - we don't care how you got here).\n\nCuriosity and a willingness to learn.
