Our smart AI makes the process fast, simple, and joyful, so our users can spend less time editing and more time reliving their best stories.\nWe’re looking for an enthusiastic Machine Learning Ops Engineer to play a key role across the entire ML lifecycle - from data collection and preprocessing to infrastructure management and full-stack deployment.\nYou’ll join an innovative team building new product concepts, exploring new business opportunities, and turning ML ideas into impactful solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nEnhance the user experience with AI-powered features in the number 1 printing app in the world, enabling customers to create personalized print products with minimal effort\n\nDesign and implement data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data\n\nBuild and maintain cloud-based ML infrastructure, and improve and tune existing model prototypes\n\nOptimize machine learning models for mobile hardware constraints and convert them to appropriate formats (ONNX, CoreML, etc.) based on deployment targets\n\nDeploy models as APIs, services, or embedded modules into the backend, collaborating with backend and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration\n\nImplement monitoring and feedback loops for deployed models\n\nYour bag of tricks\n3+ years of experience as an ML Engineer / AI Engineer / ML Ops Engineer / Data Scientist / another role with similar responsibilities\n\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field\n\nStrong Python programming skills and ability to investigate & debug issues with models running on backend (JVM) or mobile platforms (Swift/Kotlin)\n\nKnowledge of model compression and quantization techniques\n\nExperience deploying ML models on mobile platforms and/or web\n\nProficient in containerization with Docker\n\nExperience with cloud platforms and cloud compute resources management (especially AWS EC2 or GCP Compute Engine)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally\n\nNice-to-haves\nFamiliarity with genetic algorithms and methods of their optimization\n\nExperience with training the models for the classical computer vision problems, like image classification, object detection, image denoising, and/or saliency detection\n\nFamiliarity with reinforcement learning algorithms\n\nWhat we offer\nA happy team makes for a happy workplace.
