You will manage software and product testing within the Technology department. If you have extensive experience in test suite management, automated testing, and high-level problem-solving skills, then we want to talk to you.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead & Execute the testing of our client-facing applications, internal tools, and backend APIs to identify deficiencies to ensure quality expectations are met.\nUtilize and promote formal testing methodologies to contribute to a process focused on high-quality output.\nInvestigate product quality to make improvements to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.\nLog and track defects using the designated tracking system and tools.\ndentify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement. \nWork closely with Development, Product Management, and QA team members to develop an appropriate test approach and strategy for specific products and product lines.\nIdentify and manage key KPIs and metrics for product quality.\n\nRequirements\n\n6+ years of experience testing web applications and/or mobile applications.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and execute software test strategies and test cases.\nExperience in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End System Integration Testing.\nExperienced in mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowerStack) highly desired.\nExperience in Agile/Scrum/DevOps development methodology.\nStrong understanding of JavaScript, PHP, HTML/CSS, and general web technologies.\nAbility to document and create clear, concise, and comprehensive bug reports, test plans, and test cases.\nUnderstanding of API Testing and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Apigee) is a plus.\nFamiliarity with building automation scripts and Playwright framework.\nUnderstanding of database architecture/concepts is a plus.\nProven verbal and written communication skills in English.
