Sales representative (Hong Kong)

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a professional communicator with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the Hong Kong market
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support organizational strategy
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand business connections

• Proven track record of 2-5 years in a sales role, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the Hong Kong market or Asia-Pacific region is preferred
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and customize approaches based on client feedback
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence
