# Quality Control Engineer

Based on-site in Giza, Egypt, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every piece of glass leaving our facility meets the highest global standards. Your Mission: Monitor glass manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Conduct quality inspections using glass testing and inspection equipment to identify defects and ensure product quality. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor production performance and minimize quality deviations. Identify non-conformities, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and internal quality procedures. Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and reduce product rejection rates. Prepare quality inspection report
