The role will help build and maintain Microsoft Fabric, data pipelines, semantic models, Power BI reporting, operational analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. This role is well suited for an early-career professional with strong analytical and technical aptitude, curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to learn and grow into broader responsibility for enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This position is expected to collaborate across IT, business teams, implementation partners, and other stakeholders. Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required to support planned system releases, cutovers, maintenance activities, and critical production incidents.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, and semantic models under established architecture and governance standards\nIntegrate D365, WMS, OTTO, EDI, manufacturing, IoT, and other enterprise data sources into the analytics platform\nDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for executive, finance, supply-chain, warehouse, and manufacturing users\nSupport manufacturing KPIs including OEE, downtime, yield, production variance, and line performance\nSupport warehouse and supply-chain analytics including inventory accuracy, pick rates, OTTO utilization, and dock-to-stock\nDevelop reusable data models and help establish consistent business definitions and reporting standards\nImplement data-quality checks, reconciliation routines, exception handling, and monitoring\nSupport role-based security and governance for enterprise reporting and analytics\nDevelop and optimize SQL, DAX, semantic models, and data pipelines\nIntegrate IoT and operational telemetry into Fabric for reporting, analytics, and future AI use cases\nSupport AI, Copilot, and agent-based analytics solutions as the enterprise capability matures\nPartner with the ERP Application Developer and ERP Technical and Integration Lead to consume governed D365 APIs, entities, and integration services\nMonitor data pipelines and troubleshoot data or reporting issues before they impact business reporting\nMaintain data architecture, pipeline, report, and support documentation\nProvide occasional after-hours and weekend support during planned releases, cutovers, system maintenance, and critical production incidents\nEssential Functions\nMust be highly motivated, able to follow direction, and perform assigned work duties independently with minimal supervision \nAbility to manage multiple projects \nMust be able to effectively analyze and present complex information \nMust be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing \nMust have aptitude for problem solving \nMust be able to speak, listen, and effectively collaborate and communicate with team members \nMust be able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail \nAbility to translate business questions into data, reporting, and analytics solutions\nMust have full use of arms and legs and be able to climb stairs to access all areas of the plant and offices \nAble to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and lift >20lbs. on an occasional basis \nMust be organized and maintain work area \nAbility to work under the pressure of, and meet, deadlines \nAble to travel to other Joy Baking Group sites\nAbility to lead cross-functional technical initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nAbility to coordinate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and systems integrators\nAbility to troubleshoot complex system, integration, and data issues across multiple platforms\nAbility to support after-hours ERP deployment, cutover, and production support activities as needed\nAbility to document technical processes, standards, and system architecture clearly\nAbility to evaluate technical solutions with long-term scalability, maintainability, and operational supportability in mind\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)\n3+ years of data, analytics, BI, data engineering, or related experience (internship, academic project, or portfolio experience may be considered)\nStrong foundational SQL skills\nPower BI or another BI/data visualization platform experience\nFoundational understanding of databases, data modeling, ETL/ELT, APIs, or data pipelines\nDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly\nExposure to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure data services, or Dataverse\nPython experience\nExposure to D365 F&SCM data structures or ERP data\nInterest or exposure to Azure AI, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, machine learning, or intelligent automation\nExposure to IoT data, Azure IoT Hub, Event Hub, or operational telemetry\nManufacturing or supply-chain analytics experience\nMicrosoft certifications or demonstrated self-directed learning in data, analytics, or AI\nPay Range\nUSD $80,000.00 -
