This role works closely with the development, architecture, and construction teams to create thoughtful, cohesive interiors that reflect the project’s vision, budget, and branding strategy. The ideal candidate is a design-driven leader with technical acumen and multifamily experience, capable of managing all aspects of design execution within a fast-paced development environment.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities\nDesign & Drawing Review\nLead the interior design vision and concept development for multifamily projects (clubhouses, units, amenities, corridors, leasing, etc.) with direction from the Director of ID.\n\nTranslate conceptual direction into fully realized design solutions that are aligned with project goals, budgets, and brand positioning.\n\nLead the interior design process to ensure compliance in quality, design, and applicable building codes.\n\nSelect finishes, materials, lighting, and furnishings with a strong focus on quality, durability, and aesthetics appropriate for multifamily residential environments.\n\nResponsible for ID presentation of plans, materials, and FF&E to ownership and financial partners.\n\nAssist Director in documenting ID drawing standards and SOP\n\nSupport procurement efforts by coordinating FF&E selections, specifications, documentation, and installation.\n\nMentor junior designers and oversee drafting support teams to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.\n\nCoordinate with the Construction Administration Manager to review submittals and RFIs to ensure design intent is carried through into the built environment.\n\nSharePoint and Procore drawing upload management and verification.\n\nThird Party Coordination & Internal Liaison\nCommunicate and manage consultants and third-party interior design firms.\n\nWorks closely with Director of Design, Design Managers, Trades, PreCon, Development, and Investment Management providing support on in-house projects.\n\nMarket Trend Analysis\nAssists Director and Design Management with the collection and coordination of design components/product types for current competitor developments (i.e., flooring, windows, kitchen features, and amenities) and best practices from other product types (single family, hospitality, resorts, etc.).\n\nAI & Automation\nUses approved enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude Cowork, Microsoft Copilot) to draft, summarize, analyze, and accelerate everyday work.\n\nApplies sound judgment to review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and appropriateness before using or sharing them.\n\nFollows company data handling, confidentiality, and acceptable-use policies when working with AI tools and sensitive information.\n\nDemonstrates curiosity and willingness to adopt new tools;
