write procedures, test documents, and informative articles for our internal wiki.\nContinuously advance through paid and free training opportunities provided by JPI Solutions.\nHelp JPI advance into Digital Transformation, Industry4.0, and IIoT in energy, mining, petrochemical, and manufacturing.\nOn your resume, we ask that you outline the following qualifications:\n10+ years of industry experience.\nDegree in Electrical, Automation, Process, or Computer Science Engineering; or Instrumentation Technologist Diploma; or Electrical Technologist Diploma; or a Journeyman Instrumentation Mechanic or Journeyman Electrician certification.\n1-2+ years leading a high performing automation team.\nMust have designed and architected 2 to 3 large SCADA projects.\nFamiliarity with platforms like Ignition, Geo SCADA, VT SCADA, Aveva System Platform, and various communication protocols (MQTT, Modbus, etc.).\nStandard First Aid Level C and H2S Alive certificates.\nValid Driver's License.\nDuring the interview process, we will be assessing for the following behaviors and competencies:\nExcellent interpersonal skills and your ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders, internally and externally.\nAbility to elaborate on your involvement in large SCADA projects and your achievements.\nYour leadership skills and the ability or desire to mentor/train junior staff\nSuperb time management or organizational skills including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines\nWhy Join JPI Solutions?\nCompetitive compensation ($50 -
