Specialist is responsible for executing the end-to-end submittal and material procurement coordination process across active projects.\nThis role performs the day-to-day operational work required to ensure submittals, shop drawings, product data, and material procurement activities are properly requested, tracked, routed, approved, and distributed in alignment with the project schedule.\nThe Specialist supports procurement readiness and schedule reliability by ensuring all items are accurately statused against the OPC schedule and escalated when risks arise.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities:\nSubmittal Management\nRequest required submittals from subcontractors and vendors in accordance with contract documents and project schedules.\nUpload, log, and route submittals in Procore, ensuring correct workflows and reviewers are assigned.\nTrack revisions, resubmittals, and approvals through final disposition.\nCoordinate procurement-related submittals tied to material release and purchase order readiness.\nConfirm vendor lead times, production schedules, and delivery sequencing.\nIdentify long-lead and critical materials early.\nOPC Schedule Alignment\nStatus submittals and material procurement items against the OPC schedule.\nMaintain accurate trackers reflecting approval progress and material readiness.\nIdentify delays or risks impacting schedule milestones and escalate accordingly.\nCoordination & Communication\nCoordinate with Technical, DFX, Commercial, and Execution teams to align submittals with project needs.\nDistribute approved submittals and shop drawings to all required stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate records and documentation practices.\nCommunicate effectively with Offshore team.\nTechnology and Software Proficiency\nProcore\nSage\nAirtable\nMicrosoft Suite\nExpectations\nAct as a representative and advocate of JPI’s culture and guiding principles.\nMaintain full-time, in-person collaboration
