You also help improve how we work by supporting testing and enhancements to accounts payable tools and procedures.\nJob responsibilities\nProcess supplier invoices and employee expense items accurately and on time, including during month-end close\n\nReview invoices for completeness and accuracy, including appropriate tax and legal entity information\n\nEscalate identified issues, exceptions, and errors promptly to your manager and appropriate partners\n\nMaintain vendor and employee master data in required systems to support accurate processing and reporting\n\nReconcile accounts payable control and liability accounts and investigate and resolve variances\n\nSupport fixed asset accounting inputs and ensure transactions are recorded in line with established procedures\n\nAdminister the corporate card program, including requests for new cards, limit changes, and cancellations\n\nSupport annual audit activities by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries\n\nProduce daily controls and operational reports, including payment and batch/control reporting outputs\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills\nExperience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a similar invoice and expense processing environment\n\nWorking knowledge of invoice processing controls, reconciliations, and document retention practices\n\nAbility to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy during month-end and year-end close periods\n\nProficiency with accounting, invoice processing, and expense management systems\n\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with routine operational reporting\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with multiple partner teams\n\nProficiency in Turkish and English for business communication and documentation\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills\nExperience supporting external audits and responding to audit requests in a controlled environment\n\nFamiliarity with electronic invoicing processes and regulatory timelines\n\nExperience administering a corporate card program and related controls\n\nExposure to fixed asset accounting processes\n\nFamiliarity with vendor screening or compliance checks as part of invoice/payment
