Join our team to shape the future of enterprise agentic platform engineering by delivering a high-quality AI agent builder platform that engineers across the firm depend on every day.\nAs a Technical Product Manager on the AI Agents Platform, you help build the foundational developer platform that engineering teams use to design, build, test, register, deploy, monitor, and operate AI agents safely and at enterprise scale. This platform provides the SDK, runtime, and governance that enable teams to build and scale agentic experiences with speed, quality, and consistency.\nIn this role you own the Agent SDK and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) SDK: the owned institutional SDK line across Java, Python, and Go, the agentic runtime, the developer experience, and the customer feedback loop driven through internal Forward Deployed Engineering. You are accountable for making the sanctioned SDK the fastest, clearest, and best governed path for a builder to reach a production agent, and for keeping the platform's connective tissue, MCP for tools and data, interoperable and easy to adopt.\nJob responsibilities\nDevelop and execute a product strategy and vision for the Agent SDK and MCP SDK that delivers value to the firm's builder community and keeps the sanctioned SDK the preferred path to a governed production agent.\nOwn, maintain, and develop a product backlog for the SDK line that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition across Java, Python, and Go.\nDrive the end-to-end developer experience, reducing time to first governed agent through starter kits, scaffolding, spec driven development workflows, documentation, trace and error quality, and self-service tooling.\nOwn the MCP SDK roadmap, including a low-code publishing path and a template library that let partner teams self-serve and publish their own MCP servers.\nDrive standards-based interoperability with external agent frameworks and development environments using open protocols such as MCP and agent-to-agent (A2A), and deliver migration enablement tooling that brings agents built elsewhere onto the SDK.\nPartner closely with Forward Deployed Engineering and customer teams to capture the voice of the customer and translate it into prioritized SDK requirements.\nBuild the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as adoption, language parity traction, reliability, developer satisfaction, and registration-to-deployment conversion.\nOwn end-to-end delivery and execution, planning and prioritizing the backlog of supporting scrum teams.\nShape product strategy and vision as a thought leader who influences stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and the business and champions adoption of the SDK.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in AI product management or a relevant domain area.\nAdvanced knowledge of the Agent development life cycle and Spec Driven Development, design, and data analytics.\nProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.\nDemonstrated experience with, or a working understanding of, AI and agentic products or platforms, including foundational concepts such as LLMs and Harness.\nHands-on experience using LLMs and AI-powered tools to drive personal and team productivity, with a strong instinct for where AI can be applied to solve problems.\nFamiliarity with evaluating and instrumenting AI systems, including strong analytical skills to measure quality and performance for non-deterministic, agent-driven experiences.\nProven track record of delivery and new product feature creation through agile product development and the software delivery life cycle.\nStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with strategic thinking, thought leadership, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional partners.\nA bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity, with the initiative to move quickly in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nHands-on experience building, maintaining, or driving adoption of Agentic developer platforms, SDKs, or APIs, with a track record of driving adoption among engineering audiences.\nWorking knowledge of at least one of Java, Python, or Go, and an understanding of what makes a multi-language SDK consistent and governable.\nFamiliarity with open agent standards and protocols such as MCP and A2A, agent runtimes, tool-calling systems, and third-party agent development environments.\nUnderstanding agentic patterns such as orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and human-in-the-loop design, with an appreciation for balancing autonomy and guardrails.\nAwareness of Responsible AI principles, including safety, fairness, and governance, and comfort delivering AI products within a regulated environment.\nExperience benchmarking SDKs, runtimes, or developer platforms against internal targets and external frameworks, using the results to set roadmap priorities and measure parity and performance.\nDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization or experience in Financial Services or another highly regulated
