outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\n\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; ability to guide peers on safe and effective usage within team practices.\n\nFormal training or certification onsoftware engineering concepts and 3+ yearsapplied experience.\n\nStrong Java and SpringBoot and React/Angular full-stack delivery.\n\nExperience developing Kafka producers/consumers in Java\n\nExperience with SQL databases such as Aurora - Postgres or equivalent with data modelling, query optimization and performance tuning.\n\nNoSQL experience: Cassandra / DynamoDB / Elastic Search (modeling + performance).\n\nHands-on Cloud Foundry/AWS and building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines.\n\nStrong quality mindset, including TDD, automation, design and code reviews, and engineering mentorship.\n\nAbility to work with tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana for observability and monitoring\n\nExperience building applications with resilient, highly available architectures, including consideration for failure modes, recovery, and operational readiness.\n\nWorking knowledge of secure engineering practices and designing to meet Cyber Security and Technology Control requirements (e.g., authentication/authorization, secure APIs,
