reporting.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills\nAt least 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations/process improvement, or project delivery roles with strong process orientation.\nHands-on experience in operations process mapping and documentation (e.g., swim lanes, procedures, control points, handoffs).\nPractical experience working in Agile environments and proficiency using monday.com and Jira (tickets, workflows, backlog management, basic reporting).\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex operational topics into clear, structured deliverables.\nBilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).\nPayments domain expertise (products, end-to-end processing flows, operational practices, and
