You will be a part of a global Treasury and Chief Investment Office (CIO) of Corporate Finance team which is responsible for regulatory capital measurement processes, ensuring insightful analysis, effective capital management, and compliance. The team coordinates with Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Policy, covering policy interpretation, implementation oversight, regulatory engagement, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) reporting, and capital stress testing. BM&A also drives investments in people and technology to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory capital measures (RWA, Capital, TLAC, SLR, and Tier 1 leverage calculations), and leads the implementation of new regulatory requirements.\nJob responsibilities\nAssist the team in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of capital analytics models, working under the guidance of senior team members.\nHelp analyze large and complex datasets to support the identification of business insights.\nSupport the building of prototypes and analytical workflows that improve the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of capital reporting.\nHelp translate business and regulatory requirements into clear data definitions, calculations, and controls, with direction from more experienced colleagues.\nUse AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to support coding, prototyping, documentation, and analysis while following established quality and control standards.\nCollaborate with Product Controllers, Risk, various Capital teams, Technology, and other stakeholders to help gather requirements and share results.\nContribute to documentation, testing, reconciliation, process improvement, and team best practices.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n1+ years of full-time experience in finance, risk, data analysis, technology, or a related analytical role.\nBachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical discipline.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and experience manipulating or analysing structured data.\nFamiliarity with Python, Excel, data visualization, or dashboard development.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nComfortable working with calculations, business rules, data definitions, and reconciliations.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical analysis to non-technical stakeholders.\nPractical experience or strong familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExposure to regulatory capital, RWA, Basel, capital markets, stress testing, or financial risk, as well as financial product knowledge (e.g derivatives, SFTs etc)\nExperience building dashboards, analytical prototypes, or interactive data tools.\nExperience partnering across Finance, Risk, Technology, and business teams.\nInterest in improving analytical workflows through automation and AI-assisted
