requirements workshops, status meetings, and readiness reviews.\nApply critical thinking and sound judgment to evaluate requirements, solve problems, and recommend practical solutions.\nProactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and competing priorities.\nCoordinate data conversion, validation, reconciliation, testing, and implementation-readiness activities.\nDrive accountability across project stakeholders while delivering a high-quality client onboarding experience.\nMentor new joiners and contribute to implementation best practices and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills\n5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of equity compensation share plans.\nExperience leading large-scale or enterprise implementations across multiple stakeholders.\nStrong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nStrong critical-thinking, analytical, and solutioning skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, influence outcomes, and drive decisions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nIPO implementation or IPO-readiness experience is helpful but not required.\nCEP, ECA, PMP, or similar qualification or relevant experience.\nExperience leading platform conversions or data
