This role is not eligible for employer immigration sponsorship.\nJob responsibilities\nManage a portfolio of client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for service inquiries\nResearch, track, and resolve client requests across products and services, coordinating with internal partners as needed\nCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to provide timely updates and clear resolutions\nProactively identify recurring issues and recommend service improvements based on trends and client feedback\nConduct periodic relationship check-ins to understand client needs and surface potential risks, including fraud-related exposure, and escalate appropriately\nParticipate in onboarding and implementation discussions as new products and services are added for clients\nCollaborate with partners to align on solutions that support client needs and operational readiness\nPrepare and present management reporting on request volumes, trends, root causes, and outcomes\nPromote adoption of appropriate digital and self-service tools to improve client experience and reduce manual effort\nMaintain accurate documentation of client interactions, actions taken, and follow-ups in applicable systems\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills\n3 years of client-facing experience in client service, account management, or a related role\nExperience supporting treasury, cash management, payments, or similar financial services products\nExperience using data to produce management reporting and present insights to stakeholders\nExperience supporting change initiatives and/or process improvement efforts in a structured environment\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute reliably, and meet deadlines\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority\nStrong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a client-first and solutions-oriented approach\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\nExperience supporting commercial card, treasury, or cash management solutions in a regulated environment\nProficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)\nExperience with client issue investigation, root cause analysis, and escalation management\nDeveloping experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.\nInterest in learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends\nFinal level
