operational and stakeholder issues as the senior point of contact for the local team\nPartner with global tax operations stakeholders to execute withholding, reporting, reclaim filing, and relief-at-source services\nStrengthen risk and control frameworks through robust checks, balances, and audit-ready evidence\nChampion a client-centric operating model by improving responsiveness, service quality, and stakeholder experience\nEnsure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal procedures, including adoption of tax rule changes\nDevelop tools and oversight routines that improve quality, accuracy, and operational efficiency in a controlled manner\nInfluence technology enhancements by articulating requirements, supporting testing, and managing change communications\nRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities:\nEarn a graduate or postgraduate degree\nDemonstrate 8+ years of operations experience\nApply knowledge of taxation and tax operations across multiple markets\nHold a Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent and demonstrate 5+ years of post-qualification experience\nDrive results through a hands-on approach to delivery and execution\nCommunicate clearly in writing and verbally, producing concise and logical documentation\nMaintain high standards of risk management and operational control\nManage competing priorities with strong attention to detail in a dynamic environment\nAnalyze oversight metrics and evolving market practices to identify trends and risks\nExhibit high emotional intelligence with effective networking and influencing skills\nUse Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\nPreferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:\nDemonstrate relevant tax market knowledge, industry experience, and industry benchmark qualifications\nShow knowledge of financial markets and banking\nLeverage advanced knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath\nBring
