data insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences across various platforms and channels\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience\n\nHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability\n\nAdvanced in one or more programming language(s)\n\nAdvanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)\n\nAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight\n\nDemonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes\n\nDemonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into solutions\n\nProven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience, including the development of transformational innovation strategies and the creation of 'north star' representations to drive customer-centric decision-making\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, including rationale and storytelling that persuades senior leaders or aligns multiple stakeholders\n\nExpert in the latest AI technologies and trends including Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs.\n\nBroad skillset with an adaptable, product-oriented mindset and a love for learning\n\nExpert using Figma and FigJam\n\nExperience in conversation design and/or
