define finance data product scope, outcomes, and success measures.\nTranslate business requirements into prototype solutions for new/enhancement requests and implement with appropriate quality and control standards and sustainable operating model. \nFacilitate stakeholder working sessions to surface needs, resolve ambiguity, and align on decisions.\nTranslate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCoordinate across multiple teams to drive alignment, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on track.\nMaintain high-quality Jira and Jira Align hygiene (roadmaps, backlogs, dependencies, statuses, and documentation).\nPartner with technology and data teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and well understood.\nDrive end-to-end readiness for testing and release by clarifying scope, roles, and cutover expectations.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions to a wide range of stakeholders in clear, concise language.\nIdentify process improvements that reduce friction and help teams execute consistently.\nIdentify Opportunities to apply artificial intelligence , machine learning , natural language querying , and automation to improve business decisions \nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n10+ years of total experience within MIS, Business Intelligence, and/or Analytics roles.\nStrong proficiency in data analysis tools and software - Must be proficient in SQL query writing and Excel advanced functions.\nExposure to one or more Business Intelligence toolsets and database platforms: AWS, Databricks or Snowflake and Tableau or ThoughtSpot.\nAbility tomanage multiple projects and prioritize complex work to drive results.\nAbility to translate business requirements into data requirements that can be clearly understood by the product team and the ability to explain technical issues in a way business users understand.\nHighly motivated, self-directed.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly evolving priorities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interpret and analyze data, identify anomalies, determine root cause, and recommend solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence an audience.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\nExperience managing delivery backlogs and work plans in Jira and Jira Align (or equivalent tooling).\nPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\nExperience supporting finance reporting, performance management, or financial data use cases.\nKnowledge of data product concepts such as data quality, lineage, metadata, or controls.\nComfort working with diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating trade-off discussions.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI , large language models , machine learning , semantic layers and natural language
