Technology Risk & Controls, highlighting drivers, trends, and recommended actions.\nAdvance analytical rigor beyond reporting by introducing techniques such as trend analysis, segmentation, anomaly detection, leading indicators, and explainable forecasting where appropriate.\nPartner with Data Engineering team to ensure data quality, timeliness, lineage, scalability, and performance-validating metric logic end-to-end.\nImplement strong controls for reporting and analytics, including access governance, privacy-by-design, and disciplined change management.\nDrive adoption through enablement, documentation, and usage instrumentation with clear feedback loops to leadership.\nEstablish standards and mentor analysts/visualization specialists through structured coaching and review.\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience delivering analytics and data products for senior stakeholders with measurable business impact.\nExpert-level Tableau and/or Power BI experience in production, including dashboard UX and metric/semantic architecture.\nAdvanced SQL skills with ability to validate data and calculations end-to-end.\nStrong capability in problem framing and translating business questions into requirements, acceptance criteria, and success measures.\nExperience owning a backlog independently and balancing stakeholder needs with governance and delivery discipline.\nDemonstrated leadership in setting quality standards and mentoring analysts.\nExperience operating in a regulated environment with strong risk, controls, and data access governance
