You will maintain strict controls over daily trading activities and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with trading, sales, client servicing, and other support teams to resolve queries and drive process improvements. including listed futures, options, swaps, exchange-traded funds, and other products\nEnsure all transactions are captured accurately and timely in risk management systems\nComplete intraday and end-of-day processes, including reconciliation checks and book management\nCollaborate with operations and infrastructure groups to support a unified team approach\nCommunicate clearly and concisely with support teams to resolve queries efficiently\nPerform and sign off on all controls diligently and on time\nFulfill regulatory obligations and participate in regulatory changes\nPartner with sales, trading, and business management to support new business opportunities and design controls\nContribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements\nBuild in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives\nMaintain high standards of client service while adhering to controls and policies\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nBachelor's degree\nAt least 2 years of experience in a relevant Middle Office function supporting role covering equity derivatives\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn complex systems architecture\nProduct knowledge of equity derivatives, particularly Swaps, Options, Futures, and Exchange-traded Funds\nUnderstanding of front-to-back operations processes, including confirmations, settlements, and regulatory reporting\nAwareness of infrastructure groups such as finance, market risk, credit risk, operational risk, legal, and collateral\nExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nPositive attitude, business acumen, and professionalism\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment\nTeam player able to work in a dynamic and evolving environment\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nAbility to learn complex systems architecture quickly\nKnowledge of Visual Basic for Applications or SQL\nExperience with digital tools such as Xceptor, Alteryx, Tableau, or robotics\nProficiency in another language, such as Mandarin will be
