provide a consistent, repeatable experience across the platform\nWork alongside engineering teams as a partner to ensure that the platform is easy to use and meets the design requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user experience design into the product development processes and ensure seamless and customer-centric solutions\nGather feedback from user research, and learn from data insights to inform design decisions and optimize user experiences across various platforms and channels\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles\nDemonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes\nExperience building and scaling design systems / component libraries in partnership with engineering (governance, adoption, accessibility baked in).\nDemonstrated experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines, with the ability to incorporate diverse perspectives and abilities into design solutions\nProven ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed the initial proposal of a product or experience, including the development of transformational innovation strategies and the creation of 'north star' representations to drive customer-centric decision-making\n\nAdvanced technical skills, including an advanced understanding of client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the components of the technology stack, as well as their impact on user experience\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience in using AI tooling to help produce systems\nWorking knowledge of data platforms (governance, entitlements, catalog etc)\n\nExperience influencing stakeholders through research, metrics and data\nFamiliarity with modern delivery practices (Agile/lean), and collaborating effectively with distributed engineering
