large-sized features, features and end-to-end journeys, balancing user needs, business goals, and design standards.\n\nOwn response mapping for your feature areas, defining system behavior across user inputs, edge cases, failure states, and handoffs between conversational and UI-based interactions.\n\nDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that support intuitive and scalable self-service experiences.\n\nSet and uphold a high bar for interaction and visual craft, including motion and transitions, and ensure it carries through to what ships.\n\nOperate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating feedback, research insights, and usability testing to continuously improve experiences.\n\nPartner with engineering throughout the build, working from shared specs and co-creating in code or prototyping tools to close the gap between design intent and implementation.\n\nContribute to the development and evolution of an agentic design system, including capabilities, and skills\n3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services\nProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)\nDemonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels\nPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making\nProven use of generative AI assistants and LLM-powered tools within the design process.\n\nProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExpert using Figma, Figma plug-ins, and FigJam.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills,
