Your impact will be significant in the design, architecture, and functionality of our products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.\nAs an individual contributor on the Card Acquisition Product team, you will help design and improve the end-to-end card shopping journey across web (desktop and mobile) and assisted surfaces. You’ll translate customer needs, business objectives, and risk and control requirements into clear, accessible, production-ready experiences that increase shopper confidence and reduce friction.\nJob responsibilities\nDesign and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practices\nApply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction\nConduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and use data to transform raw information into valuable insights to inform decision-making\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines to ensure our products and services cater to a diverse range of users\nOperate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback and insights to continuously improve the overall user experience of our offerings\nAssist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to the team's strategic thinking\nDesign key parts of the card shopping funnel (discovery, comparison, selection, and application entry) using journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final user interface specifications\nBuild primarily with our design system and established patterns while exercising strong judgment about when experience goals require extending or adapting the system\nPropose scalable pattern improvements with clear rationale, accessibility and compliance considerations, and reusable specifications\nPartner with product, engineering, content, analytics, brand, and risk partners to support delivery through quality assurance and release\nContribute to experimentation and optimization work with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and documented learnings\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services\nProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)\nDemonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels\nPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making\nProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience designing shopping, comparison, or other conversion-oriented funnels\nExperience working on regulated or high-trust
