business results with lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting teams\nAssist in the thorough assessment of issues and outcomes, and clearly communicate financial information while flagging potential issues\nParticipate in the production, review, and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports filed with regulatory agencies\nSupport filings used by regulators for compiling statistics on levels of, and changes in, domestic and international portfolio positions\nAdhere to proof and control procedures to ensure accurate reconciliation between regulatory filings, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings, and other published financial reports (for example, Form 10-Q, Annual Report or Form 10-K, Call Report and FR Y-9C, and Pillar III)\nAdhere to control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reported financial results\nEnsure accurate and complete data submission to regulators\nInterpret and define regulatory and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission requirements and coordinate internal and external policies\nEstablish and manage relationships with lines of business and external regulatory agency constituents through ongoing partnership and dialogue, and participate in continuous improvement efforts around data quality review and external reporting improvement projects\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5+ years of experience in a Finance organization with exposure to accounting, financial statements, and or regulatory reporting\nStrong time management, problem solving, and written and oral communication skills\nAbility to work effectively across diverse functions, locations, and businesses\nStrong Microsoft Excel and computer skills\nStrong analytical skills\nExtremely strong organizational and time management skills\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance\nExperience in Product Control or Financial Control, or knowledge of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and regulatory reporting\nProject management experience and or
