issues and modernize the organization and technology processes\n\nStrongly considers upstream and downstream data and systems or technical implications and advises on mitigation actions\n\nApplies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices within delivery and automation routines to identify recurring issues and validate remediation options, ensuring changes are traceable/auditable and aligned to resiliency and security expectations.\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience\n\nFull-stack network engineering expertise across campus, data center, and WAN (routing/switching, segmentation, QoS, DNS/DHCP/IPAM)\n\nProven ability to lead architecture/design, guide implementation, and own outcomes end-to-end for major initiatives.\n\nDeep knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as: hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience or performance assessments\n\nDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.\n\nAbility to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.\n\nDeep knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and scripting languages\n\nDeep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience with wired/wireless LAN/BGP WAN/SD-WAN and 802.1x technologies from vendors including Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, and Forescout\n\nExhibits a growing initiative and the ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently, seeking guidance when needed and showing a willingness to find solutions and contribute to improvements with some
