Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies across multiple applications of moderate scope.\nJob Responsibilities\n- Applies technical knowledge and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope, with a focus on improving the data and systems running at scale, and ensures end to end monitoring of applications\n- Resolves most nuances and determines appropriate escalation path\n- Executes conventional approaches to build or break down technical problems\n- Applies technical knowledge to assignments with a defined scope such as testing the performance of the infrastructure and understanding and verifying that requirements were successfully met\n- Drives results, collects and analyzes monitoring data in test and production, and sees assignments through to completion\n- Partners with application and infrastructure teams to identify potential capacity risks and govern remediation statuses\n- Drives the daily activities supporting the standard capacity process applications\n- Considers upstream/downstream data and systems or technical implications\n- Be accountable for making significant decisions for a project consisting of multiple technologies and applications\n- Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n- Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\n- Strong knowledge and experience with **Python** scripting and automation\n- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments\n- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, multicast, and latency concepts\n- Experience supporting technical systems or applications in a production environment\n- Understanding of data workflows, data pipelines, or data distribution systems\n- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and methodologies\n- Strong knowledge of one or more infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments\n- Experience with multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds\n- Drives to develop infrastructure engineering knowledge of additional domains, data fluency, and automation knowledge\nPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n- Knowledge of market data symbology, identifiers, reference data, and conventions such as futures rolls and corporate actions\n- Experience with market data distribution platforms (e.g., IDP, AMPS, AAAS, RMDS/TREP, Bloomberg BPIPE/MFA, Refinitiv Data Feeds, Solace) and direct exchange connectivity/feeds, including DACS entitlements\n- Exposure to trading or front-office support environments\n- Knowledge of monitoring and forensic tools such as ITRS Geneos\n- Strong knowledge of one or more infrastructure disciplines such as hardware, networking, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, and performance assessments\n- Experience with multiple cloud
