mentor junior packagers and improve team playbooks, templates, and quality controls.\nDiagnose complex install/runtime issues using advanced monitoring and logging techniques; drive root-cause fixes with vendors and engineering partners.\nCollaborate with engineering, operations, security, and business application stakeholders to ensure smooth releases and minimal user disruption.\nImprove automation/orchestration for packaging pipelines (build, validation, detection rules, versioning, deployment notes, rollback plans).\nUse AI to accelerate day-to-day packaging work, including:\ngenerating/refining PowerShell and packaging scripts,\nsummarizing logs and install traces into actionable findings,\ndrafting runbooks, change tickets, release communications, and troubleshooting guides,\nproducing standardized package documentation (install steps, detection logic, dependencies, rollback),\nwhile independently validating results before implementation.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years in software packaging/application deployment roles, including experience as an escalation point/lead.\nStrong expertise packaging for Windows (Windows 11 primary) and working knowledge packaging for macOS.\nAdvanced packaging/scripting skills:\nWindows Installer technologies (MSI/MSIX preferred;
