This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter with strong project management skills and a creative eye who wants to make a meaningful contribution to how we communicate with our people across the globe.\nJob responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end execution of digital signage content, including design, scheduling, and publishing to ensure timely and visually compelling delivery\nSupport the production of video content for internal audiences, including shooting, editing, and formatting across multiple channel requirements\nBuild, design, and maintain intranet pages with a focus on layout, consistent visual identity, and audience engagement\nDistribute internal email communications to a large employee base using internal communications tooling, including testing, audience targeting, and timely deployment\nManage project workflows across all deliverables - from intake and timeline management through stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publication\nCreate and update visual assets using PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop, ensuring consistent alignment with brand standards across all materials\nMaintain rigorous quality control across all deliverables, including proofreading, formatting, accessibility considerations, and version control\nCollaborate effectively with stakeholders across regions and time zones to align on priorities, manage expectations, and deliver work on schedule\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on communications concepts and applied experience\nBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field\nStrong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\nDesign capability and proficiency with Microsoft Office products -
